WE GIVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF WE DO NOT ELIMINATE OR REDUCE THE POINTS YOU ARE CHARGED WITH

We are so confident of our ability to successfully fight your ticket that we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if we cannot at least reduce the points associated with your New York Traffic ticket. For example, if you are charged with a ticket or violations totaling 8 points if we are unsuccessful in getting the points eliminated or a conviction reduced to less then 8 points, then we give you your money back.

Note, this guarantee is only valid on tickets with a minimum of 3 points. Furthermore, this guarantee is not valid if you were written a ticket returnable to any TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU (DMV) hearing office where there is no plea bargaining, including any traffic court in the 5 boroughs of New York, Rochester and Buffalo. This guarantee is also not valid on misdemeanor tickets alone or when traffic tickets are charged together with criminal violations, such as but not limited to reckless driving.  Nor does this apply to the infraction of passing a stopped school bus (VTL § 1174), or VTL 1144 or driving while ability impaired (which does not carry any points) anywhere in the State of New York.  

Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply if we are forced to take a ticket to trial because the prosecutor/officer has not made any offer of reduction.  For example, if you get a cell phone ticket and the prosecutor/officer says that they will not reduce it at all, and we go to trial and lose, then there will be no refund of the fee. Nor does the guarantee apply if you were given a "field reduction" by the officer, for exmaple, he said you were driving 91 mph, but he writes that you were going 70 mph.
